Self-production of nitrogen - NitroSOL

The reliability of SOL self-production systems is based on the use of high quality and long-lasting components, on its extensive manufacturing and application know-how in addition to its 30 years of experience in managing these systems.
For the metal production sector in particular, SOL offers self-production systems specially designed, manufactured and certified for the sector, with plant equipped with continuous control of production quality in compliance with customer requirements.
Plants in the NitroSOL series use PSA technologies with polymer or cryogenic membranes on the basis of customer needs and are supplied on skids so as to minimise installation operations; they have production capacities that can be adapted to various customer needs, with production purity that can reach nitrogen content of 99.999% and a range of capacities from a few dozen litres per minute up to more than 1000 m³ per hour.
