SOL’s experience in oxygen production and usage technologies enables it to offer its customers optimal and economic gas supply solutions for their production processes, including making available gas in compressed or liquid form or through production systems installed directly on customer premises.

The reliability of SOL self-production systems is based on the use of high quality and long-lasting components, on its extensive manufacturing and application know-how in addition to its 30 years of experience in managing these systems.

In particular for the environmental sector, where safety standards and qualification of the gas produced are essential to guarantee the correct operation of the system, SOL offers self-production systems specially designed, manufactured and certified for the sector, with plant equipped with continuous control of production quality in compliance with customer requirements.

Plant in the OxySOL series use PSA, VPSA and VSA technologies on the basis of customer requests and are placed on skids so as to minimise installation operations; their production capacity can be adapted to the various requirements of the market, with production purity that can reach oxygen content of 93-95% and a range of capacities that can exceed 1500 m³ an hour per module.
