On-line monitoring of welding parameters - Enermix.net
Thanks to the experience and know how it is built up in the sector, SOL has developed a system for on-line monitoring of welding parameters that can record data, produce reports, and compare that operational parameters correspond with those defined by the WPS, for automatic, continuous and discontinuous MMA and GMAW welding processes.
Independent sensors and periodic calibration ensure conformity with the highest standards in the sector (ISO 3438 – 2); several functions are integrated in the device, for example comparison with standard welding procedures and the planning of periodic maintenance of the welding materials.
