Blanketing in the production and storage of oil, wine and alimentary liquids
Avoiding contact between oil and wine with the air, in particular the oxygen it contains, has great advantages in maintaining the quality of the original product (see also the AliSOL section). In particular, for the production of oil and wine the use of nitrogen or argon, food additives offered by SOL, makes it possible, through the application technologies and specific equipment provided to customers, to remove efficiently the oxygen present in the spaces at the tops of storage tanks and to degas the oxygen contained in the product.
Thanks to this SOL technology it is thus possible to avoid oxidation of the product, maintain its quality and taste and increase it shelf life.
For this application to work well lit is important to check that the amount of inert gas in contact with the food product is constant over time, through the analysis and control services SOL is able to supply.
